These menu prices are indicative. After taking a briefing, I will provide you with an individualised quote to include any additional costs, dependent on number of guests, ingredients, additional staff and any travel.
About my menus and cooking
My presentation varies according to the menu but in general I prefer a Western plating style, to suit the crockery of my clients, even though my ingredients and flavours are distinctively Japanese.
