A delicious take on a Whisky Sour

Ingredients

• 2 dashes Peychauds bitters
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 20ml Sugar syrup
• 15ml Cherry Heering
• 45ml Hatozaki Blended Whisky
• 1/3 pipette Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer

Instructions

1. Add the ingredients in the order listed into a cocktail shaker
2. Shake dry to create a foamy head
3. Half fill the shaker with ice and shake to chill
4. Double strain into a stemmed coupe glass
